Sandy Lutz
General Manager
Sandy is an experienced EDPNA advocate and business professional having worked for 20 years in disability services representing clients before the Social Security Administration at the initial application through the Appeals Council levels. She worked with disability insurance carriers by successfully guiding their clients through complex federal disability programs and managing claims risk. Today, Sandy oversees Sage Disability’s daily operations, implementation of business strategies and performance, and development of business objectives and growth initiatives. A Florida native, she loves boating and marina life with her husband and yellow lab, Daisy.
Tiffany Beardslee
Claims Manager
Tiffany Beardslee started her career in Social Security Disability in 1998 as an adjudicator. She has worked as a Social Security Disability consultant and brief writer and became an EDPNA advocate in 2012. Tiffany has represented hundreds of clients at the administrative hearing and Appeals Council levels. A life-long Midwesterner, she resides in St. Louis, Missouri, with her husband and dogs. When not working, Tiffany enjoys hiking, entertaining family and friends, and cheering for the Boston Celtics.

Human Resources / Systems Manager
Amy Boss is a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience, holding an Associate’s degree in Applied Science, General Studies, which has enriched her career journey. Currently, she serves as the HR Operations Manager at Sage Disability, following six years of valuable contributions at a small personal injury firm, where she specialized in Social Security representation. Amy’s professional journey also includes a pivotal role in administration at a dialysis healthcare facility. Nestled in the heart of the Midwest, she shares her life with her husband, four energetic kids, two cats, and two dogs. Amy’s enthusiasm extends beyond her career, as she relishes outdoor adventures and cherishes quality family time.
